The NationsGlory's Wonder is back for it 12th edition ! This event assemble the best builders from every server, Java and Bedrock, for a huge contest. Overall there are 13 Java servers and 5 Bedrock servers. This year we got a new, the Ruby server will join the competition to show what are made of NG US for this 12th edition.

 

Introduction

The Wonder will take place from Tuesday 18 July 2023 at 9 A.M. (UTC−4) to Sunday 23 July 2023 at 3 P.M. (UTC−4). During the last edition, the pink won the contest for the Java servers while the Omega won it for the Bedrock.

To try to win the title, the servers compete with teams composed of 15 players, all in creative on a dedicated map.
Each team also includes 3 builders with World Edit, chosen from among the 15 participants by their staff: they must be builder or OP on the server.

In addition to this, from Thursday, July 20 at 3 P.M (UTC−4), each server selects from its OP a person who can on the event place NPC, music, and images.

To compensate for absentees, 5 replacements are allowed per server over the duration of the event, only 1 on builders with World Edit.

Filing system

As for previous editions, a jury scores the builds according to a scale. But be careful! This time, the jury ranking represents only two thirds of the points. The last third of the
points will be given by all NationsGlory players.

The Jury evaluates all servers, which are then ranked according to the score obtained.
For their part, players vote for their favorite server and servers are ranked according to their number of votes.

On Java, servers are rated from 1 to 13 points and from 1 to 5 points on Bedrock (to be multiplied by 2 for the jury). The points are inversely proportional to the ranking.
- Bedrock Example : The first gets 5 points while the 5th wins 1 point in the player ranking, while the score will vary between 2 and 10 points in the jury ranking.
- Java example: The first gets 13 points while the 13th wins 1 point in the player ranking, while the score will vary between 2 and 26 points in the jury ranking.

The total points of the players and the jury determine the final ranking, the importance of the players' notes and therefore the video presentation is not negligible.

Tuesday 18 - Opening ceremony at 9 A.M (UTC−4). 
Voice on TeamSpeak.
Access to the server is open, rules are announced and the theme of the vent unveiled.

Wednesday 19
Live presentation of the progress at 3 P.M (UTC−4).

Thursday 20
Live presentation of the progress at 3 P.M (UTC−4).
Add one OP per server to start the atmosphere 

Friday 21
Live presentation of the progress at 3 P.M (UTC−4).

Saturday 22
End of the build phase at 10 A.M (UTC−4).
The map remains accessible to make the video presentation.
Update on the progress of the vocal event on TeamSpeak with the teams

Sunday 23
Last deadline to make the presentation videos at 1 P.M (UTC−4)!
Closing ceremony at 3 P.M (UTC−4). 
The ceremony will be broadcast live on Twitch. Presentations of all servers will be unveiled and votes will be open to players.
At the end of the ceremony, the results will be announced.

"The greatness of an empire under the heat of the sun"
➥This theme assumes an impressive build using the codes that could be expected from an empire.
➥The time forces to forget the ice (or put it in the rosé), the heat is necessary in this summer time. You can however interpret this heat at your own no specific theme is imposed.

You should also take a good look at the jury rating scale, which will surely be decisive for the identity of the winner.
